The Product

Lid Vision is made up of a number of parts the parts include two ball joints, two articulated arms, two removable temples and frame front of which different design shapes will be available.

The ball joints are attached to the visor and are the only connection between the helmet and the product.

The articulated arms are the innovation of the product as this allows the helmet wearer to rotate the frame back onto their face and position the frame in the same orientation as if they were wearing an ordinary pair of glasses. The design of the articulated arm also ensures that when the helmet visor is opened or closed the frame stays in the correct position on the users face without moving. In other words the frame is always balanced correctly on the users nose bridge.

There are a number of materials which could be used to produce the articulated arms however our preferred options are titanium, carbon fibre and acetate, this will also be the materials used for the frame fronts.

Frame fronts will be styled to incorporate favoured shapes such as aviators, retro and wrap shapes as it is important the product looks aesthetically pleasing when worn in the helmet but more so when being worn as a conventional frame.

The articulated arm will also have different size option to accommodate different sizes of a helmet. Additional design details will be used on the articulated arm to fall in line with fashion trends, incorporating styling which will represent custom, superbikes and monster riders to translate their passion.

Lid vision frames will cater from a retro look to classic styling in optical and sport to Bad Ass Chic in sunglasses.

For the sport orientated, lightweight versions mainly in carbon fibre will be available especially when used in motorsport.

All types of vision correction lenses can be used in the lid vision frames both optical and sun and for those that purely want fashion lenses such as mirrored and coloured flash lenses these will be available also.

Lid Vision is now the only eyewear bikers will ever need use when enjoying their passion on the road or conventionally at work and home.
